Stomach fat is not easy to get rid of. You have to really try hard and be consistent in your daily routine to blast off this fat. Jorge Cruise and David Katz, authors of “The Belly Fat Cure” opine that reducing bodyweight is 20% exercise and 80% diet. This means that you have to figure out what exercises and diet plan you must opt for. If you religiously follow a routine as advised by your nutritionist and physical trainer, you will surely lose stomach fat in 15 days.
We all know that foods that are low in fat and high in protein help us to reduce fat. Again exercises for 5-6 days a week also burn fat and tone your body. You have to follow a comprehensive plan that centers round healthy living:
- Diet: For a sleeker tummy, you must cut down on fried foods, junk foods and anything that contains preservatives. Drink lots of fruits, vegetables and salads. Your diet should consist of 35% lean protein, 30% healthy fats and 35% high fiber carbohydrates. Practise any one of these exercises for 7-10 days before starting your work-out routine.
Cardio, abs exercise and strength training must be there in your routine. A one-hour exercise routine may consist of moderate-intensity cardio for 30 minutes, full-body stretches, leg raises, abs exercise or cardio for 10 minutes, squats, weight raining, full body stretches. It is advisable to seek the advice of a professional trainer who will understand your body needs and advise you exercises that suit your body type.
- Stress management: If you want to lose stomach fat in 15 days, you must be able to reduce your stress and enjoy your fat-burning plan. If you remain stressed, you will feel demotivated and lose your interest. To remain stress-free, you must try to meditate for 10 minutes daily. Tai Chi and yoga also do wonders. Along with this, try to sleep for 8-9 hours a day.
