  1. I think those are good ideas. I think it is important to have at least one or two things that are routine. You just can’t say…..oh I tried that and it didn’t work. You have to continue doing it and consciously do something with the intent of improving yourself.

    I walk daily. It makes me feel better physically. It is also when I am alone that I get rid of some of my negative feelings or unhappy feelings. Tears are not shameful.
