  1. Hi Nithin, nice post. As you said, avoiding to watch television before sleeping is the most crucial point. TV brings news, most of it, even 90 percent negative. The news is retained in your subconscious mind, and you unknowingly absorb it. This becomes a big irritant for sleeping. If you are such a tv addict, then you can watch anything humorous. No stopping that. All the best.
